Shropshire Water Gardens - Waterfalls, Streams and Bridges
The sound of water trickling down a watercourse and into a pond is the most relaxing sound in the world and the perfect addition to your garden.
In addition to construction and renovation of fish and wildlife ponds, we also build new and renovate existing waterfalls, rockeries, watercourses and streams.
As water travels downhill through a watercourse there can easily be a small water loss over stones and rocks if the rocks shielding the water are too small, do not fit together properly or are the wrong shape. The right stone has to be selected but at the same time the rockery must look as natural as possbile with random shapes and colour giving the whole thing a natural feeling.
Generally if there has to be a severe drop in level it is better to do this down the watercourse itself with a very small drop over the watercourse into the pond itself. The water flow must look natural and sound natural. Few people want to see or hear a mini Niagra falls in their garden.
Anyone can build waterfalls and rockeries but making them look and sound natural is an art in itself which we have perfected.
We cover the whole of the Shropshire County including including Bridgnorth, Church Stretton, Cleobury Mortimor, Craven Arms, Ellesmere, Ironbridge, Ludlow, Market Drayton, Much Wenlock, Newport, Oswestry, Shifnal, Shrewsbury, Telford, Wem, and Whitchurch.
